Half-Life – a game released by Valve in 1998. Immediately after the game has won huge crowds of fans. Translations:
The game has two versions of the text (English and Russian) and 5 different voice set:
1. English.
2. Russian (version 1) – The most complete voice replaces the voice acting in the Half-Life, Opposing Force, Blue Shift, Decay, Uplink and Gunman Chronicles. And since most versions use sounds from the original game and its main modifications, here most of the dialogues are also in Russian.
3. Russian (version 2) – voice is not complete. Voice sounded just the main characters, and only for the game Half-Life. All other voices – from the first version. A more accurate translation of the meaning, but, unfortunately, not as a professional. Well-read something monotone, without emotion.
4. Russian (Option 3) – the quality of the three options is translated accurately in the context, and thus the expression and emotions. But, unfortunately, the voice sounded just the two characters – the scientists and guards. All the others had to take a vote, again, from the first version.
5. Russian (unprintable) – that is, worthless. I think that to explain this particular need nothing, and everything is clear. Translation pretty funny. Sounded very emotional. Play is fun. The game start, mothers, even the monsters (up to headcrabs). In Opposing Force and Blue Shift mothers initiate even the door when opened or closed. WARNING! If the computer can access children – immediately remove the label “Russian (unprintable)”! And if your children are also curious and smart, then go to the game folder and delete the same file “Russian_uncensored.exe”.
